Pair of important Black American Folk Art cast iron andirons. This is a very rare pair of Black memorabilia just recently found in an estate in Georgia. Excellent as found original untouched condition. Each andiron measures 15 inches deep,13 and three quarters high and 9 and one half inches across the base. We believe they are post 1852 which is when Harriet Beecher Stowe published Uncle Toms Cabin which sold millions of copies and created many black collectibles at that time.

Pr Bronze Italian water Spigots c1850 to 1880. This pair of Italian bronze water spigots is the best we have ever handled. The patina is as good as it gets with a deep rich antique dark bronze color. Each spigot measures 5 inches wide by 7 inches high and 11 inches long. They are each a work of art and would make wonderful decorative wall sculptures.

David Kintzler marble sculpture titled "Repose". This beautiful contemporary marble sculpture measures 7 by 7 and one half inches by 3 and one half inches deep. David Kintzler, sculptor, born 1939 in Cleveland, Ohio. Education: B.F.A. Sculpture, Kent State University. M.A. Painting, Kent State University. M.F.A. Sculpture, Syracuse University. Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture, Skowhegan, ME. Apprentice Stone Carver, Johnston Monument Works, Newburgh, NY. Taught sculpture at Syracuse University, Kansas City Art Institute, Housatonic Community College, Bpt. CT (Professor Emeritus). Commissions: Igor Sikorsky Life size Bronze Portrait, in Sikorsky Plant's Main Lobby. Benny Goodman, Eubie Blake, Dizzy Gillespi. Works in numerous private collections.Statement by David Kintzler, Sculptor I am of the school of stone carvers who prefers to start with a natural form like a boulder or a cut block which has been split or otherwise altered. The object now represents the beginning of a conversation. I work directly on the stone and only occasionally draw on its surface or sketch on paper. Besides the over all shape, I consider the grain and markings which when combined with my personal imagery, form an organic, bio-morphic image. These are not literal images rather they are meant to be multiple, elusive and mysterious, allowing the viewer to participate fully. The choice of titles is enigmatic and serves primarily as an identification of the piece. Hopefully the sculpture will be enjoyed in natural light allowing for infinite subtle changes to occur throughout the day.

Snuff Box woman of the evening c1820. Antique Hand Painted Tobacco Snuff Box depicting a woman of the evening, hand painted and in very good original condition. The bottom label states that this snuff box was purchased from Weiner's Antique shop Boston 11 Park Street corner Beacon opposite the State House Price 2.00 Sept 24 1935. The rare snuff box measures 3 and one quarter inches long by 2 and one quarter inches deep by 3/4 inches high.
